Create a client
A client is the estate agency a viewer belongs to. Set their name, logo, brand colour and contact details once, and every viewer you make for them inherits that branding.
Tip: Upload the client's logo and pick their brand colour here — it's what makes each viewer look like it belongs to them.

Create a viewer
A viewer is the branded page for a single property. Add the address, link it to a client, then add your media — photos, floorplans, a 3D tour, video and a brochure.
Adding a 3D tour: Open your tour in Matterport, CloudPano or Kuula, copy the share link, and paste it into the 3D tour field. See the FAQ below for exactly where to find each provider's link.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a client and a viewer?
A client is the estate agency (their logo, brand colour and contact details). A viewer is the page for one property, linked to a client. One client can have many viewers, and each viewer automatically uses that client's branding.
How do I find my Matterport link?
In Matterport, open the space, click Share, and copy the link. Paste that link into the 3D tour field when creating or editing a viewer.
You can use either the full share URL or the embed link — IViewMedia handles both.
How do I find my CloudPano or Kuula link?
CloudPano: open your tour, click Share and copy the public link. Kuula: open the post, click Share, and copy the link (or the embed URL). Paste it into the 3D tour field.
Which virtual tour providers are supported?
Matterport, CloudPano and Kuula are fully supported, and most other providers that offer a share or embed link will work too. If a tour doesn't display, get in touch and we'll help.
How do I add a video to a viewer?
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link into the video field. IViewMedia automatically turns it into a clean, in-viewer player without the platform's branding around it.
How do I share a viewer with a client or buyer?
Every viewer has a unique link. Use the Copy button on the viewer card to copy it, then share it anywhere — email, WhatsApp and social media.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Set a logo and brand colour per client, and every viewer for that client uses them automatically — so each property page looks like it belongs to that agency.
How do I connect my own domain?
On the Pro and Agency plans you can use your own domain. In My Profile, enter the subdomain you want to use, then add the CNAME record shown to your DNS provider. Once it's verified, IViewMedia sets up the secure (HTTPS) connection automatically.
What happens to my viewers if I downgrade my plan?
Your viewers are never deleted. If you have more viewers than your new plan allows, the newest ones stay active up to your plan's limit and the rest become inactive (hidden from visitors). Delete some, or upgrade again, and they reactivate automatically.
Where do I find my invoices?
Go to the Subscription page in your dashboard — all your invoices are listed there and can be downloaded as PDF.
